The service price depends on the tasks performed and the spare parts used. At the beginning of each service, a diagnostic of the printer is carried out (identifying the cause of the malfunction – free of charge), and then the client is informed about the condition and possible repair (repair procedure and repair cost), and only after approval, the actual repair is carried out.
