❗ The EPSON warranty does not apply to the device, as it is a conversion to DTF. The warranty also does not cover consumables such as print heads, capping, tanks, and dumpers. Mechanical damage or unauthorized intervention in the device – component replacement and the like are also not covered.

❗ Personal delivery and training at your home or office for an additional fee of €120 throughout the entire Slovak Republic. We are based in Humenné, and we can deliver the printer anywhere and personally demonstrate, explain, and train on it. Technical support and advice after purchase are also provided. The printer warranty is 12 months, and for consumables such as print heads and capping stations, it is 3 months, as the device is filled with dense DTF inks. The printer’s performance depends on your willingness to take good care of the device as we will show you at the beginning. From our experience, the printer will serve you for 500 to 1000 A3 pages under standard printing settings and resolution of 1440×1440.

We provide printer service at your location (unless you interfere with the mechanical parts of the printer and perform any modifications and repairs on the printer by yourself), or you can also send the printer to us via courier.
