✅ Warranty on the device for 1 year.
❗ The EPSON warranty does not apply to the device, as it is a conversion to DTF. The warranty also does not apply to consumables such as the print head, caping, tanks, and dumpers. Also, it does not cover mechanical damage or unauthorized intervention into the device – component replacement and similar.
✅ We can provide consumables, accessories, and service for the printer. We are suppliers for DTF technology in Slovakia.
❗ Delivery and training personally at your place, whether at home or at the company, with an additional fee of €120 throughout Slovakia. We are located in Humenné. We can deliver the printer anywhere and personally show, explain, and train you. Technical support and advice after purchase are also provided. Free courier delivery.

The warranty on the printer is 12 months, and on consumables such as the print head and capping station, it’s 3 months, as the device is filled with dense DTF inks. The printer’s performance depends on how well you take care of the device as we will show you at the beginning. Based on our experience, the printer can handle 500 to 1000 A3 pages with standard print settings and a resolution of 1440×1440.

We provide printer service at your location (excluding any unauthorized mechanical intervention or modifications to the printer). Alternatively, you can send the printer to us via courier.
