DTF UNI WHITE 80-200 micron transfer adhesive for DTF printing
This powder is designed for printing on DTF (Direct to Film) or direct transfer film, which is a new technology for heat transfer of T-shirts – digital offset heat transfer. Using a DTF printer, you can freely print a designed pattern onto a coated PET film, then cover the printed pattern with this powder, and transfer it onto various fabrics using a heat transfer machine or an electric iron.
It’s a white adhesive powder applied to create an adhesive layer after the DTF printing process.

It can be used for personalized T-shirts, team clothing, workwear, promotional T-shirts, jerseys, bags, and other items. The transferred image has color stability and resistance to multiple washings.

Description
Fine-grained transfer adhesive for printing on light and dark fabrics.
Processing conditions: melt approximately 1-3 minutes at 150-170 ℃.
Transfer approximately in 10-15 seconds at 160 ℃.
High washing resistance up to approximately 60 ℃.
Application mode:
After printing with DTF ink, the DTF film remains wet for a few minutes.
The transfer powder must be applied to cover the entire surface of the image, creating a thin layer that adheres to the wet ink.
Any excess powder should be returned to the container by tapping the DTF film.
