Courier Delivery by GLS – Orders received and paid for by 17:00 will be dispatched from our warehouse the next day. Delivery by courier to your specified address within Slovakia will be the next business day. Delivery mainly occurs in the morning hours; the courier will contact you before delivery, and you can arrange an individual delivery time. You can also choose cash on delivery and pay the courier upon receiving the goods. In cooperation with GLS, we also offer delivery to neighboring countries.

Delivery by Zásielkovňa – Your goods will be delivered to the Zásielkovňa pickup point you select at checkout. Delivery within Slovakia is within 7 days.

When receiving the shipment, it is necessary to thoroughly check the number of packages and their condition (whether they are damaged). If you find any discrepancies, you must immediately notify the courier and note it in the receipt protocol (e.g., damaged packaging, missing package in the shipment, etc.). Later claims for transportation will not be recognized by the carrier.
SMS Notification We require a phone number for orders to inform you more easily about the delivery status of your shipment. One day before the planned delivery, the recipient will receive an SMS message about the delivery, including the shipment number and the cash-on-delivery amount if applicable. Additionally, on the day of delivery, the recipient will receive an interactive SMS with a 3-hour delivery time window. If the delivery time does not suit the recipient, it can be easily changed by replying to the SMS.
We usually ship goods within 48 hours.
The delivery time is 10 days.
When ordering multiple items, you pay one shipping fee – the fee does not depend on the weight and size of the package. Packaging is free!
